I am having issues viewing a course, it says I need to log in.

Sometimes the verification email we send shows up in the spam folder or it gets deleted.
To re-verify your account, use our feedback form from anywhere on the homepage.

I need to reset my password.

Use the "Send Password Reset Email" button on your HyperDocs profile page.
