This is my 1st one!
This task is adapted from Robert Kaplinsky's "What does 2000 Calories Look Like?". The task is meant to have students reason abstractly and quantitatively about numbers and make use of structure. They have estimations and use prior knowledge of equations to construct an equation in the form of ab=c and solve. The Padlet and Google Form are copies so you can see the directions given.
