Description
- Reinforce the importance of findinding the main idea and key details.
- Review familiar stories, shows, movies, etc that the kids will be able to easily tell you what it is about.
-Have students elaborate on what it is about (main idea) and what happens in the story that makes them think that (key details).
-Read the directions aloud and model a few examples for the students.
- Review necessary computer skills priot to having the kids practice on their own (drag and drop, copy/delete, highlight, etc)
-Make sure to review each slide before continuing to ensure they understand.
